One Day National Conference on “Constitutional Governance and Judiciary: A Road Ahead”

SBRR Mahajana Law College, Mysuru organized a One Day National Conference on “Constitutional Governance and Judiciary: A Road Ahead” on 3.12.2025. The programme was inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice Shri Krishna S. Dixit and Prof. Dr. C. Basavaraj, Vice Chancellor, KSLU, and presided over by Smt. Dr. T.Vijayalakshmi Muralidhar, Honorary Secretary, Mahajana Education Society, Smt. Sarojamma, Administrative Officer and Smt. Sowmya K, principal of Mahajana Law College. The chief guests emphasized the judiciary’s role in safeguarding the Constitution through judicial review, fundamental rights, and judicial activism. The Technical Sessions were conducted by Dr. M. K. Matolli and Dr. Sunil N. Bangade, focusing on constitutional governance and judicial responsibilities. Academicians, researchers, and students actively participated, with around 15 research papers presented, making the conference a grand success.
