Special Lecture on Alternate Dispute Resolution

On 05/05/2026 – Special Lecture on Alternate Dispute Resolution was organised and the resource person for the event was B L Shashidhar, Senior advocate, Mysore law court. A Special Lecture on Mediation was organized to create awareness about alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. The resource person elaborated on the concept, principles, and significance of mediation in resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. Various aspects of the mediation process, the role of mediators, and the benefits of mediation over traditional litigation were discussed. The lecture highlighted the growing importance of mediation in the legal system and encouraged students to explore its practical applications.
